Luther College Brand and Design Fellowship

 

In this position I coordinated with faculty and staff to complete marketing and event promotion materials for the college. Through designing posters for guest speakers, postcards for prospective students/alums, and fact sheets on majors available on campus, I have developed a well rounded understanding of the design process within a publications department. I work on projects from the beginning design stages all the way to prepress, making sure the files are correctly packaged, correspond with printers to ensure orders are correct, and confirm that the final product arrived on campus. This work involves a lot of collaboration, not only with the publications team, but all faculty and staff on campus. I have acquired valuable skills in the Adobe Creative Suite during my time at Luther and look forward to continuing that knowledge in my future career.
